My grandson has had asthma since he was 2 years old. He started growing out of it, not needing his puffers as frequently. Then the masks were enforced. I was crushed when he told me he has to wear it all day. His asthma is now worse. I also have twin granddaughters attending a Catholic School in Ottawa. Too many kids and parents of kids tell me they don’t understand how it’s supposed to be keeping them healthy when they’re constantly touching it, getting it dirty all day and breathing in who knows what. What is evident to me is the sadness in their eyes.
